i have both posturezone lectures and use this one mainly for community and corporate events. i use the stand taller live longer lecture for my office seminars for patients and families and also have use it for the kiwanis and other local talks. this one also has the handouts about posture principles - all five - a nice feature. i always need new things to post in the clinic.
