I'm a chiropractic physician and I recommend this book to all of my patients. Our posture and how we move has a profound impact on how we age. This book is filled with simple yet powerful exercises for improving health and posture. Just as importantly it will help anyone who reads it understand key concepts vital to staying youthful and healthy.
I'm certain that anyone who reads this book and does the exercises recommended in it will feel and look better in a very short while. This is one of the best "healthy living" books, I've come across in a long while!
