  • Crisp text and lines are printed in deep maroon on a white backdrop.
  • Set up takes about 30 seconds! The grid is free standing, attractive and easy to set up.
  • Perfect for travel, community events and screenings, mobile practices, in-office use, gyms, hospitals, clinics, schools… you name it!
  • Standing at almost 7 feet tall, the grid serves as an eye-catching and professional backdrop.

BONUS: Free padded carrying case with zipper close, carrying strap and business card holder.

A picture is worth a thousand words, and posture pictures provide compelling visual evidence for patients and clients as well as providing important data for tracking posture changes and choosing appropriate posture rehab protocol. The horizontal and vertical lines make posture deviations easy to identify and explain, plus pre- & post- postural assessment pictures makes it easy to demonstrate increased symmetry and other changes.

“We’ve used the portable travel version of the posture grid for well over a year. (I work with BodyZone.com and PosturePractice.com seminars) Love it! Huge backdrop, stands out at events, and makes it clear why we’re there. We use this in a clinical setting when the room with the mounted wall grid is in use – though mostly for events outside the office. It is very light weight. I also like that it’s compact (I use the padded carry case). 30 second set up, breakdown – sling it over your shoulder and go. Sturdy, sharp looking, bright white. Tons of great feedback.”~Renee North

    Posture grid for research study

Posted by Julie Brown, PT on 7th Jul 2015

I am using the portable posture grid to document head control changes over time on children with cerebral palsy and poor head control. I am following my participants over a 6 month period after using the Headpod to see if this intervention improves head control. I am videoing a sagittal and frontal view simultaneously with posturezone grids behind the child's head in order to easily see head posture. Thank you again

    posture chart

Posted by Jordan Burkhart on 2nd Apr 2013

My partner and I are using PostureZone and a PostureZone Grid for our physical therapy research project. We are comparing forward head posture from the side before and after 2 different exercise programs to see if one is more effective at improving posture. One program is just a general strengthening program of the core muscles and back. The other program uses Wii Fit yoga. Both programs are 6 weeks long and we will be taking a picture of the participants before and after the program to see if there are any changes. Our research findings will be presented as our thesis at the end of our doctoral program.
    Sincerely,
    Jordan Burkhart

    Wow what a help!

Posted by Nancy Shanti Vinyasa, LLC on 25th Dec 2012

I am a yoga therapist and use the portable posture grid so students/clients can understand their asymmetries. It allows them to see clearly what my trained eyes saw before I had the grid. Now they grasp the importance of the posture work and can track the changes in their bodies. They can't wait to stand in front of the grid and see what has changed.

I often go to clients homes so the light weight and easy setup was important to me. I am thrilled at how effortless the setup is and how easy it is to carry with the padded case. Just LOVE it!

    Retractable Grid Portable

Posted by Dr. Austin Hsu on 8th Jun 2011

The postural aids: portable posture grid (a tremendous draw at our last spinal screening}, posture analysis software, posture package, are also very helpful in educating the patients on the importance of strong posture.

I have been extremely happy with the CPEP program and its continued support of Dr. Weiniger and Bodyzone.com even a year after completion.

    Warmest Regards, Austin Hsu, D.C.
