Shipping

YES, we ship fast! We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Since COVID our experience has been that all shipping services are taking longer, and we do experience some unexpected delays. For this reason, we can do our best to expedite shipping but make no guarantee on delivery dates.

Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Any customs, VAT or import fees required for international orders will be paid by the customer. Please be aware of the import requirements of your country prior to placing your order. Shipments returned for nonpayment of any import fees, incorrect address, failure to pick up, or other reason causing a return to PostureZone,  are subject to our Returns Policy of shipping cost we paid as well as a restocking fee.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (less shipping, credit card fees and 15% restocking charge). In the event you received free shipping as part of a promotion, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the total amount paid, and the balance paid after our shipping cost will be refunded. If your purchase was paid via wire transfer, wire transfer fees and exchange rate fees will be deducted from the total amount paid and are not refundable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of our return policy regarding that specific product, and of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
 

*Due to the reproducibility, access to digital content, access to IP, PowerPoint Lectures, Rehab Protocol Set, online education, CPEP Posture Certification, digital, online and downloadable products, and customized print items may not be returned or refunded. In the event you receive a defective disk or flash drive, we will provide a replacement. Online courses are not refundable once access is granted. Portable grids and banners are considered custom items and no refunds are offered.
