    I bought this book on the recommendation of my doctor. Helpful customer service and fast shipping. Book outline weekly exercise program to improve posture, and also explains how posture gets worse over time, why it matters and exercise and tips to make it better.

    I'm an active 70 year old who likes to garden on a one acre lot and go kayaking with friends on the weekend. Recently I injured my back during gardening.... I have been progressing thru the program with great success.

    This is a very good posture correction exercise program. A lot of balance and core work as well, thorough explanation of posture, adaptation, structure, function, assessment, and most importantly, what to do about it.

    Our posture and how we move has a profound impact on how we age. This book is filled with simple yet powerful exercises for improving health and posture. Just as importantly it will help anyone who reads it understand key concepts vital to staying youthful and healthy.

    I'm certain that anyone who reads this book and does the exercises recommended in it will feel and look better in a very short while. This is one of the best "healthy living" books, I've come across in a long while!

  10. Posture Exercises

    Dear Dr. Weiniger,

    Thank you for the lessons in using the Posture Ball. I have been using it for about two months and have noticed increased flexibility and muscle tone. It seems that all muscle groups are used. The exercises are simple and take little time.

    It's hard to believe it makes this much difference, but it does. This is proving to be quite the tension reliever. You mentioned that I would get better at balancing in the different exercise positions. This has turned out to be true. I'm using muscles I never knew I had. I was sore in places I've never been sore before. My lower back has been helped the most.

    By doing the exercises on a regular basis, I've been able to improve my posture and what must be the supporting muscles. This has improved my balance in every activity. The posture ball has been a beneficial and welcome addition to my daily exercise and relaxation routine. Thanks once again. Sincerely yours,
